We are looking for an experienced QNXT Configuration Manager for our Client (Health Plan) with a strong foundation in Cognizant's TriZetto QNXT Claims Platform. Proven track record of configuring and optimizing QNXT for Health Plans, specializing in Medicare Advantage. Adept at translating business requirements into effective configuration strategies, ensuring seamless system functionality and compliance.

Technical Expertise

• Comprehensive understanding of the QNXT architecture and modules

• Implementation and maintenance of QNXT configurations

• In-depth knowledge of QNXT configuration best practices
• Business requirements analysis and translation into technical specifications
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
• Specialization in configuring the platform for Health Plans, with a focus on Medicare Advantage (MA)

Professional Experience

• Spearheaded the configuration of Cognizant TriZetto QNXT Claims Platform for diverse Health Plans, concentrating on Medicare Advantage programs.
• Collaborated closely with Health Plan clients to understand their unique requirements, implementing tailored solutions within the QNXT platform.

• Conducted comprehensive system analysis and troubleshooting, resolving configuration-related issues promptly.

• Conducted rigorous testing and validation of all configuration changes, guaranteeing optimal system performance and compliance.

• Worked closely with development teams to implement enhancements and updates to the QNXT platform.
