Based on the requirements, GHIT Digital created a project plan that included defining the scope, timeline, budget, and milestones. The project plan was shared with the client for their review and approval.
GHIT Digital created wireframes, prototypes, and mockups of the software application to ensure that the final product met the client's requirements. The design was shared with the client for their feedback and approval.
Team GHIT used Agile methodology to break down the project into smaller tasks or sprints, which were then assigned to the development team. The Scrum Agile methodology helps manage the software development process. We created a product backlog, sprint backlog, and held sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective meetings. This allowed GHIT Digital and the client to work collaboratively and adjust the project plan based on feedback and changing requirements. The team used low-code development platforms to build the software application quickly and efficiently. CICD was used to automate the process of building, testing, and deploying software.
The software application was thoroughly tested at each stage of the agile development process, including unit testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing. Testing was integrated into the development process to catch any defects early and improve the overall quality of the software.
Once the software was developed, tested, and approved by the client, it was deployed to their production environment. GHIT Digital monitored and maintained the software to ensure that it continued to function properly and meet the client's needs.
