Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and NextGen development staff.  Years of experience working as an end-user for user roles supported by assigned application(s) (i.e., working as an Ambulatory Medical Assistant (MA), Practice Administrator (Office Manager), Front Desk Registration and Scheduling, or in-office Biller/Coder for practice-based healthcare professional services). Acting as the primary support contact for the application's end-users. Our consultants’ capabilities and support will include but not limited to:

  • Help gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
  • Help generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
